Active chestnut and ginkgo biloba extracts improve blood supply to the skin and have an anti-inflammatory, astringent and sealing effect, due to which  the fragility of the capillaries and their tendency to the formation of redness and telangiectasia is reduced.
Hamamelis Virginia extract excellently strengthens and shrinks the capillaries.
